Martha White practices all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, property division, paternity, and domestic violence and harassment matters. She has substantial experience in child protection cases, as well, and has a reputation for fighting fiercely in juvenile protection court to keep families together. Her background includes experience in criminal law, estate planning, and guardianship/conservatorship matters.
Martha graduated from University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2015, where she was awarded the prestigious “Living the Mission Award” for being a third year student who most exemplified the school’s mission of “integrating faith and reason in the search for truth through a focus on morality and social justice.” Martha is a force of nature in the courtroom, while also being a compassionate, supportive advocate for those she represents.
In her free time Martha enjoys sending time with her partner and young sons, walking her dogs, studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsui, crocheting, and playing the guitar and ukulele.
